Colocation

To accommodate high availability websites, critical Internet -connected servers, and virtual office organizations, Catalyst offers collocation and managed services to our clients. Catalyst offers two collocation sites. One is located in downtown Indianapolis and the second in downtown Chicago. Our customers receive key card access to the facilities and we also offer remote access to your systems at both locations.

Remote camera monitoring 24/7, backed by digital recordings on file for 45 days

Environmental Controls:

Under-floor cooling provided by computer-room grade equipment

Temperature is maintained at 72 degrees F dry bulb at ASHRAE 1%
In the event of a power interruption HVAC systems (and entire facility) operate on diesel generators
30% to 60% humidity non-condensing. Humidity control delivered through ATS/Liebert units via infra-red humidifier
Top-quality, electrostatic dissipative raised floor tiles designed for 100 psf, and in some facilities 250 lbs. psf, floor load

Fire Detection & Suppression:

Pre-action sprinkler rated for telecommunication equipment/computer room
