Catalyst's benefit programs are designed to attract, retain and motivate
employees. We are proud of our benefit offerings and work hard to make
them competitive and to continually improve them.
Medical: At Catalyst, we offer health insurance through United HealthCare’s Choice Plus
Network with benefits including Hospitalization at 80% and Physician Office Co-Pays of $25.
The plan also offers Pharmacy benefits with prescription co-pays of $10/$35/$60 depending on the drug.
Catalyst pays 50% of each employee’s monthly premium.
Dental: Catalyst’s dental plan features a $50 per person annual deductible including Preventative at 100%,
Basic at 90% and Major at 60%. Catalyst pays 50% of each employee’s monthly premium.
Vision: Catalyst offers a voluntary Vision program through Spectera for a minimal monthly fee that includes
an annual office visit with a $10 co-pay. It includes eyeglass lenses or contact lenses every 12 months and new
frames every 24 months with a $25 materials co-pay.
Life Insurance: Catalyst provides a $15,000 life insurance policy to each of its employees with
the monthly premium paid 100% by Catalyst.
401(k) with Matching: Catalyst associates enjoy saving for retirement – especially
since the company matches dollar-for-dollar up to 3%, and 50-cents per dollar on the
next 2%. Associates do not have to wait on a vestiture period for company matching
contributions which is virtually unheard of in our industry.
Vacation/Personal/Holiday Pay: Catalyst’s time off plan provides new associates
with two weeks paid vacation, five sick/personal days and offers eight to nine paid
holiday days off annually.
Employee Purchase Program: Catalyst allows our associates to purchase the products
we sell (computers, peripherals, services, etc.) at our cost!
